The program is 3 months long, however many clients do go on to renew for an additional 3-4 months for maintenance. We need this much time because that is the average time it takes for your blood sugar to turnover and reflect the improvements you have made in the program.

Over the 14 years of working with individuals with pre-diabetes and type-2 diabetes, most of my clients see improvements in their blood sugars within two weeks. Many of them will start noticing signs they need to reduce medication dosages in 4 weeks. At the end of the 12 week program, those who follow their plan and make the needed lifestyle adjustments see a 1-2% reduction in A1c and removal of some medications. Those with pre-diabetes move back into normal blood glucose range with no signs of becoming type-2 diabetic.

You have the option of joining the maintenance program for continued access to over 5,000 recipes and your custom meal plans paired with monthly 1:1 strategy calls to review blood glucose and food logs.
